Monash Sport provides a wide variety of engaging health, fitness and sport programs to the University community and the general public at three of our Melbourne campuses. We currently have a range of casual opportunities available for staff in 2021 as we increase our operations and head towards a level of COVID-normal. Our Swimming Instructors provide learn-to-swim programs at the Doug Ellis Swimming Pool, including Monash Sport's Learn to Swim and Water Safety programs. You'll have the opportunity to engage with user groups, schools and individuals and will use your expertise to provide instruction of swimming strokes, water safety and survival skills.
Swimming Instructors require Teaching of Swimming and Water Safety, and CPR certifications. Additional requirements (such as Hepatitis B immunisation and others) are outlined in the attached PD above.
