    About The Role

    The Vendor Management Office manage the relationship between the University and multiple suppliers of IT products and services.

    The Supplier Performance Officer will be responsible for monitoring various IT contracts and build relationships with suppliers, ensuring that Service Level Agreements are met. They will be proactively monitoring supplier performance across IT services to ensure individual suppliers fulfil their obligations to deliver an effective service to the business. They will work with 3rd party suppliers to develop on-going partnership-based relationships, to obtain regular updates and status on performance. They will also support the delivery of performance monitoring reports and KPI dashboards, analysing performance and trends, and contribute to the periodic oversight of supplier integrity and capabilities.

    About you

    You will need to be good at analysing data and producing a wide variety of reports. Working with other teams across Exeter IT, you'll be responsible for developing live dashboards of service performance to pro-actively monitor the performance of IT service contracts. Experience of Power BI would be advantageous. We are looking to recruit someone with excellent communication skills and attention to detail and you must have a willingness to learn, be flexible and adaptable, and have the ability to work in a team environment.
