Job Description:

To supervise the daily operations and coordination of case management department processes and work activities. To provide leadership and management of staff, including performance evaluation, scheduling, interviewing, orientation and education of staff. To support department operations and enforce compliance with policies and procedures as well as regulatory agency requirements.


Bachelor's of Nursing and five (5) years of experience OR Master's in Social Work and three (3) years of experience. Work experience may NOT substitute for education requirement. Currently licensed or eligible to be licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) by the Alabama Board of Nursing or currently licensed as an LMSW or LCSW by the Alabama State Board of Social Work Examiners required. Must obtain case management certification or other ANCC or NSWBE recognized certification within one (1) year of hire. If licensed in Social Work, must also obtain certification in supervision of new graduates within six (6) months of hire.
