  • The researcher to be hired will deal with numerical simulation and modeling of superconductor-semiconductor microwave field effect devices, with the aim of identifying the correct design for the implementation of a low dissipation radio frequency switch implemented through gating. It will also deal with the nanofabrication of test devices and their experimental characterization at cryogenic temperature (<4 K).
