Responsibilities

As aSubstance Use Disorder Practitioner you will provide addiction recovery services including care, patient and family education; case management for assigned adult patients; oversees the patient milieu to assure its safety and therapeutic integrity for assigned adult patients; and acts as a member of the multidisciplinary team; facilitates and maintains communication with referents and other stakeholders in the patient's care.

This role is an on-call & non-benefited position that requires onsite work in St. Paul, MN.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Eligible for license, or temporary certification from appropriate state as required.

  • MN: ADC-T (Alcohol Drug Counselor – Trainee) Temporary Permit Required

  • Proficiency with technology and computer skills to document in an electronic health record system, attend virtual meetings, and manage outlook emails and calendars

  • Current CPR certification or obtain within 30 days

  • Certification must be from American Red Cross or American Heart Association.
