• From $46.32 (HEW 3) per hour (Including casual loading and 10.5% super) • Well-spoken, fluent English and clear communication • Additional language or TESOL qualification a bonus • City Tour Guide - Showing international students key city locations & attractions • Saturday work required and includes a lunch allowance
THE ROLE
In January/February and July/August each year, Macquarie University College welcomes international study groups from schools and universities around the world to undertake English language or TESOL programs. Some groups have weekend city tours included in their programs which can include city walks, coastal walks, ferry rides, or museum and gallery visits. The key function of a Study Tour Guide is to lead international student groups on tours and point out key locations and attractions.
T his role is open to Internal Macquarie University Staff and Students only.
