The Interlibrary Loan (ILL) Student Worker will assist with the department's mission to support the research and educational needs of the University of Central Arkansas's (UCA) students, faculty, and staff. The department works with other libraries to access library resources not owned by the Torreyson Library and scans and electronically delivers to UCA patrons digital copies from the Torreyson Library's Collections. The ILL Department supports other Arkansas and academic communities by providing Torreyson Library resources to libraries locally, nationally, and internationally.
The ILL student worker position requires strong attention to detail, work ethic, confidentiality, multi-tasking, and willingness to learn and complete a large volume of repetitive tasks. The candidate should feel comfortable with online training and technology.
