As the Student Welfare Manager (Administration & Projects) you will be a part of the Student Welfare senior leadership team and lead on all administration and projects management within the directorate – providing oversight and delivery of a robust set of systems and processes to manage high volume workflows. The post-holder will have a rigorous regard for student experience, risk management and confidentiality and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to deal sensitively and diplomatically with a range of students and stakeholders, including those who may be concerned or distressed.

Educated to A-level or equivalent and have achieved GCSE Grade C or above in Maths and English, you will bring significant experience in administration - specialising in student services and welfare provision. You will think and operate strategically and possess the skills to work effectively with a range of senior stakeholders across both professional services and the academy.

Satisfactory enhanced DBS disclosure is required for this role.
