The University is currently looking to recruit six additional Student Warden for the academic year 2023 to 2024. You will live in halls of residence in our designated Warden flats.

The Security Team are first responders to any incidents in halls, so the role is a supporting one with an emphasis on health and safety and pastoral care.

UCA will provide training which includes first aid and mental health awareness. There will also be an introduction to all services provided by the Gateway Team so that you can advise and signpost residents confidently.

You'll be required to help the Accommodation Team on ‘Arrivals' weekend to help orientate and welcome new residents and give your own unique perspective on what it is like at UCA. You'll also be required to help at Open Days.

All applicants should have an excellent disciplinary record, be currently enrolled and be of good academic standing.

The wardens will work one week on and one week off commencing 28th August 2023.
