Utilise your high level administrative and customer service skills supporting students in the Biosecurity Training Centre Enjoy a dynamic role building strong relationships through engagement and collaboration with a variety of stakeholders New position in a collaborative team passionate about supporting student success The Role Fixed Term (up to June 2025), Full Time Level 5 - $73,820 to $80,592 pa (plus 17% superannuation) Wagga Wagga As the Student Support Officer, you will be working closely with academic staff to provide support to students in relation to the learning environment and program content in the Biosecurity Training Centre that Charles Sturt University is co-delivering with the Commonwealth Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry. This involves using a high level of customer service to provide students with induction, advice and technical support as required. You will also be working closely with the Business Manager and Academic Training Coordinator to deliver on administrative process associated with program design and delivery, quality assurance, evaluation and reporting related to the students. About You Strong administrative and Microsoft Office skills with the ability to manage competing demands and prioritise tasks. A strong customer service orientation and a proven ability to interact with a variety of internal and external stakeholders. High level written and verbal communication skills, and a demonstrated ability to work independently, problem solve and think analytically. Completion of a relevant degree, or an equivalent level of knowledge gained through any other combination of education, training and/or experience.
