Student or Research Assistant Student or Research Assistant for a Kenyan-German project (20 h / month)

For our Research Project “Strengthening Urban REsilience in FOOD and nutrition security in Kenya (SURE-FOOD)”, funded by the Federal Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF), we are looking for a Student or Research Assistant, starting by agreement on 01.03. or 01.04.2022.

Your profile & tasks:

  • Native level command of Kiswahili is a must
  • Student status at a University in Baden-Württemberg (preferred University of Hohenheim, but students of University of Stuttgart and University of Tübingen are also welcome to apply)
  • Willingness to travel in Nairobi to support field work (data collection, translation, analysis) (travel funds will be provided)
  • Interest in socio-economic research.
  • We offer
