£30,487 rising to £32,982 Full Time, Permanent - Professional Ser

The Directorate of Academic and Student Administration is recruiting for a Student Information and Reporting Adviser.

The overall purpose of the post is the maintenance of student data in the student record system and archive systems, other areas covered include: Certificate production and distribution, Supporting Exam Committee processes, Enrolment process and student data management.

As a Student Information and Reporting Adviser you will be required to:

  • Analyse, create and maintain student records and reports.
  • Provide comprehensive specialist administrative support for students from enrolment through to final award.
  • Provide guidance and training support with any student record system enquiries from staff.
  • Produce certificates and any other associated administration and reporting from external parties.
  • Provide support with exam committee processes.

    The successful candidate would be expected to work on a hybrid basis with a minimum of two days per week on campus.
