CQUniversity is seeking an experienced customer service operator to work on the frontline at our busy Sydney Campus location. No two days are the same! You are a professional administrator who enjoys providing support and advice to clients, either face-to-face to our students or over the phone. You are confident in resolving day to day queries and triaging enquiries to others. In this role you will also provide support to our wider team and gain knowledge and understanding of the broader services provided by our Student Engagement team.
Working as part of the Student Engagement team, you will be provided full training and mentoring, and work in a supportive team environment to ensure your success in this position.
