This part-time post (0.6 FTE, 21 hours per week) is available immediately until the end of February 2024.
This role offers the opportunity for hybrid working and flexible hours, ideally Monday-Wednesday but other options can be considered.
Summary of the role
The Student Employability and Academic Success Team are looking for an organised individual to cover maternity leave until February 2024, working with two colleagues to coordinate the university's Career Mentor Scheme and its Ask An Alum scheme. You will support a range of stakeholders including students (mentees), alumni and professionals (mentors) to provide a quality service that ensures the smooth running of the schemes. You will need to be confident using Excel and communicating with others to provide essential updates. In return, you will get to develop your skills and experience in project management, using web-based systems, and working with a range of people to provide an employability service to students and employers.
