Description
Enrollment Ambassadors are primarily responsible for assisting the Enrollment
Management staff as they plan and execute activities related to the
recruitment of new campus and distance education students. They are expected
to be representatives of the college and as such a professional and positive
working demeanor is required.

Requirements
Skills required:
Giving tours of the campus to prospective students and their families
Assisting with Enrollment Management group visit events
Phoning prospective students in the daytime and evening
Answering the telephone for the Enrollment Management Area
Assisting with bulk mailing projects
Data entry, filing
Participating in Enrollment Ambassador training activities
Always presenting oneself in a professional way
Following the Enrollment Ambassador handbook
Any duties asked of an Enrollment Ambassador by the Enrollment Ambassador
supervisor or the Directors of Admission
