The Development Office Student Assistant provides support to their assigned Development Directors and may interact with our alumni and donor population. The Development Office represents Weber State to alumni, donors, and other stakeholders across the state and nation. We seek individuals who are eager to work in a professional environment and hone their office skills.

Responsibilities will include:

Packaging and mailing of Development Office materials Searching for, modifying, and uploading alumni data Organizing and storing of files digitally and in print Running errands Answering phones Assisting with events Operation of general office equipment and ensuring supplies are kept in stock Keeping confidentiality when working with information of a personal nature Other clerical duties as assigned

This is a 50/50 employee position. The student assistant is required to have 12 credit hours per semester, an undergraduate student working on a first bachelor's degree, and maintain a minimum 2.0 GPA.

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent Current valid drivers license Knowledge of Word, Excel, and the Google Suite. Reliable, detail oriented, and self motivated Work Study Eligible 50/50 Eligible

Customer Service Experience Banner or Lynx Self Service Experience Weber State knowledge and experience
