Job Description: This role will provide positive customer service to students, staff, faculty, employers and testing candidates; including greeting and assisting customers, answering incoming calls and routing to the correct office/person. Assists in creating appointments for students and alumni to utilize services offered, and connecting them to their correct career consultant. May also be trained to assist with resume reviews and Handshake navigation to address “drop-in” services. Will assist in career event setup and tear down. This position will also support testing services and work as a backup when necessary for the Prometric lab.
Minimum Qualifications
Prior customer service experience preferred.
Physical Requirements
May assist in career event setup and tear down, including employer loading/unloading zones. (Not lifting more than 20 pounds.)
Certifications Required Work Hours Shifts: Monday-Friday, 8:00-5:00; Possibly assist with after hours events Job Conditions
Indoor/office environment. Occasionally outdoors to assist with mail and events.
