Duties: 1. Mark short answer/paragraph question tests using a marking guide 2. Mark mid-term and/or final examinations using an answer key 3. Mark assignments using a marking guide 4. Mark laboratory reports using a marking guide 5. and other relevant duties as assigned, for one of the following courses: 82:161 Introduction to Psychology: Part II 82:251 Fundamentals of Research lab 82:276 Behaviour Analysis 82:361 Abnormal Psychology 82:363 Prejudice, Stereotyping, & Discrimination
Qualifications/Experience: 1. Limited advanced skills and judgment 2. Ability to work independently and/or with others effectively 3. Ability to take direction and work to meet deadlines 4. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively 5. Ability to follow the marking guide and scheme efficiently and precisely with attention to detail 6. Previous marking experience preferred 7. Understanding of and ability to maintain confidentiality 8.Preference given to current Brandon University student; second year undergraduate level/standing is required 9. Major in Psychology required. Must have successfully completed course applying for. At least grade of B in other Psychology courses is an asset. 10. Good overall academic standing
