Position Summary
The Costume Shop Student Assistant assists the Costume Shop Supervisor with current and future theatre production and all duties of the costume shop.
This is a student position open to current UIW students who may be hired through the Federal Work-Study Program or student employment.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities
-Ability and willingness to work with an industrial iron; sewing machine,steamer -Ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse communities and cultures; -Employee shall adhere to all applicable rules and regulations of the University, the Conference, and the NCAA
Required Education
Current UIW student; Current UIW Student approved and eligible to participate in the Federal Work- Study program
Required Work Experience
No previous experience is necessary, training is available.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous sewing and crafting skills.
Required Certifications, Licenses or Registrations Work Hours
The work schedule is flexible but the incumbent must be able to work specific weekends determined by the shop supervisor leading up to production openings.
