Student Administration Officer (Multiple Posts) Student Administration

Location: Lincoln Salary: From £23,151 per annum Please note this post is permanent and full-time at 37 hours per week. Closing Date: Wednesday 17 July 2024 Interview Date: Thursday 25 July 2024 Reference: SA9205

Are you customer focused and organised? Are you looking for a role where you can be a key member of a team, providing administrative support in a professional environment?

We are growing our Student Administration team and are looking for new colleagues who can provide advice to the University across all aspects of the student journey. This will include the maintaining of student records, the assessment of students and the preparation of awards for Graduation. The role also involves the delivery of key student facing events such as the enrolment of new students and exams.

The workload will be varied so your proactive nature and strong attention to detail will be invaluable.

Great communication skills will also be key to delivering an excellent service to our students and managing relationships with key members of the wider University.

Rather than specific experience, the skills that you bring to this role could come from a variety of different places. Full training and support will be provided to ensure you are quickly confident in the role, gaining extensive administrative experience and valuable transferable skills for the future.

This is a hybrid role working from home and at our beautiful Lawress Hall campus at Riseholme with hourly buses for staff from our Brayford campus and stops across Lincoln. We also offer 30 days annual leave with an additional 14 days bank holidays and University concessionary days (including University closure for the Christmas to New Year period annually).

If you share our passion for excellent customer service and enjoy working in a fast-paced and friendly environment, we would love to hear from you. If you have any questions at all, please contact Denise Morton ([email protected]) or Angela Jackson-Croft (ajackson- [email protected]).
