Staff Attorney - Immigration Practice

Draft and/or proofread court documents, meet with supervisory attorney to discuss strategy; maintain files and computerized deadline calendars; prepare and present trials before the immigration court.

COMMUNICATIONS

Fluency in written and spoken Spanish is required.

CUSTOMER SERVICE

The staff attorney will meet with clients for intakes, and provide representation with affirmative and defensive applications in family based, humanitarian visas, and removal defense.
