Position overview
The Division of Student Administration and Academic Services (DSAAS) is within the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Academic) Portfolio. DSAAS is responsible for the administrative support of students through the student lifecycle, from admissions application, through to the completion of their studies and graduation. Activities of the Division includes admissions, general student enquiries, enrolment, class timetabling, program management, financial transactions, scholarship management, examination management, legislative compliance in relation to students including appeals, grievance, academic misconduct, discipline processes, curriculum management and the development and support of student systems.
The Senior Appeals and Integrity Officer reports to the Deputy Manager, Office of the Registrar (OTR) and works closely with the immediate team, the Registrar, members of the University Executive, relevant staff in the Colleges and other central units to ensure timely and efficient delivery and/or resolution of matters relating to appeals and integrity (academic and disciplinary) matters.
