The Strengthening the Architecture for High Quality Universal Pre-K research study at New York University is seeking individuals to support recruitment efforts and data collection efforts in the spring of 2022. The project is being led by Dr. Pamela Morris and Dr. Elise Cappella, and it aims to evaluate how professional supports given to preschool teachers are: 1) improving teachers' classroom practices and 2) fostering children's academic and social-emotional development. Notably, the project is being conducted in the context of New York City's Pre-K for All initiative, a nationally-recognized effort to provide high-quality preschool opportunities to every child in the city. • RAs will record all correspondence and meetings with pre-K staff and families using Google Drive applications and REDCap. RAs will and meet regularly with NYU project staff and will be given regular feedback on their performance. At the end of the spring, project management will provide a comprehensive performance review.
