The College of Health and Public Service (HPS) at the University of North Texas, distinguished as one of the few Tier One research universities designated as a Hispanic-Serving Institution (HSI), prepares graduates to address diverse and complex social issues such as aging, disability, disaster management and recovery, criminal justice, health disparities, and public safety, and find solutions to challenges in public administration, public health, and urban design. Located within HPS, the Department of Audiology & Speech-Language Pathology (ASLP) provides the finest graduate professional education in both speech- language pathology and audiology while maintaining an excellent undergraduate degree. The program stresses excellence in teaching, research, and service by its faculty and students. As a component of the educational program, the department operates the UNT Speech and Hearing Center, which offers professional services to members of our campus community and the general public for the purpose of providing clinical training for students. The Center offers state-of-the-art diagnosis and treatment of speech, language, and hearing disorders. ASLP is seeking a Speech-Language Pathology Clinical Supervisor to join the HPS family.

Previous experience supervising graduate student clinicians.
Required License / Registration / Certification
License to practice in the State of Texas, and Certificate of Clinical Competency from the American Speech-Language Hearing Association
Flexible hours within an average of 16-18 hours per week (as dictated by department and clinical needs); usually fall Monday to Friday between 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
