Estates and Facilities Management are seeking a Space, Data and Facilities Information Manager to manage a team of specialised staff responsible for the coordination and management of drawings, complex systems and space data. Data from these, amongst other multiple systems, play a key role in achieving the Department's strategic aims on Space Management and BIM compliance.
To develop and manage the accuracy and accessibility of drawings, space data and information within the wider FM team; to challenge existing practice and establish and communicate effective working practices; to monitor and ensure adherence to processes and systems.
Alongside this you will have excellent administrative skills, the ability to prioritise, identify and solve problems and to develop excellent working relationships with colleagues and wider university stakeholders.
Estates and Facilities Management is a multi-disciplinary organisation responsible for the development, management and maintenance of the University's two campuses in Loughborough and London. The team deliver a range of hard and soft services ensuring the effective and sustainable management of the University's land, buildings and biodiverse landscapes. This includes delivery of the capital building, refurbishment, long-term planned, compliance, and reactive maintenance programme where there is continual improvement of the estate.
