To provide group and individual therapy to individuals and groups who have been victims of crime and supervise interns in providing therapy.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Responsible for conducting intake, service planning and therapy for victims of crime.

Facilitating individual therapy and group therapy sessions.

Supervising advanced graduate social work interns and training them in providing therapy.

Implements all duties with fidelity and ensures compliance with program and grant requirements.

Assists with research and data collection as requested.

Supervises interns assigned, ensuring interns are provided with a valuable learning opportunity.

Completes reports in a timely manner for approval of supervisor.

Documents services in accordance with Center procedures. Complies with NASW Code of Ethics.

Performs other functions as assigned.

This position requires driving a personally owned vehicle.

Required Qualifications

Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) with experience in facilitating therapy sessions.

Preferred Qualifications

Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW).

Bilingual in Spanish / English.
