Estates and Facilities has a vision to co-create excellent learning, working and living environments that fully engage staff, students, visitors and industry and that facilitates the sharing of knowledge and information.
Estates & Facilities Services Directorate is responsible for delivering a full estates and facilities management service to the University, including property maintenance, planned maintenance and renovation, cleaning, security, caretaking and facilitating spaces for our staff and students
What's on offer?
We have on offer a 12-month fixed term opportunity as Site Supervisor at Media City. The role is for the management and development of a wide range of both facilities management and security services. This is a key role in terms in managing a professional, holistic building service to customers and visitors at Media City. It involves interaction and contact with staff, students, contractors and visitors and the Landlord and his agents.
The post provides a varied and interesting role for a well-motivated, self- driven and customer focused individual, dealing with a wide range of duties including:
