-Assembles, packages, ships, and verifies delivery of all equipment and student materials for classes and conferences -Issues return call tags for equipment and student materials -Determines the need for additional stock -Receives, processes, and ships Webstore orders -Applies distributor and bulk order discounts and tax-exempt status when appropriate -Interacts with customers and distributors to facilitate orders, payments, and deliveries in compliance with IPTM's payment, shipping, and returns policies -Issues, tracks, and follows up on quotes to distributors, agencies, academies, and other customers -Ensures warehouse space utilization and safety standards -Performs other duties as necessary in support of IPTM operations and classroom activities

Required Qualifications

-A high school diploma or equivalent required. Individual must possess demonstrated customer service skills. Individual must be highly organized, detail oriented, and possess the ability to work independently with little supervision. Proficiency in a Windows environment and with the Microsoft Office suite of software required.

Preferred Qualifications

-Experience in managing warehouse and/or retail operations and working within e-commerce websites. Experience using Shopify POS, QuickBooks Online and e-commerce cloud-based software.
