Sessional Teaching Position, Geography and Environmental Studies
The Department of Geography and Environmental Studies is seeking a sessional
instructor to teach GEOG 2700 in the fall 2021 semester. This course, entitled
“Introduction to Geographic Analysis”, introduces students to quantitative
methods for data analysis, including descriptive and inferential statistics.
This course has associated lab sections that will be handled by student TAs
who will be coordinated by the successful candidate. Course materials,
including power point slides and assignments, are available to support the

Studies, or related discipline, although we welcome PhD candidates and
applicants with Master's Degrees with accumulated experience that contributes
to engaged scholarly teaching.
