DUTIES

The Department of Human Enterprise and Innovation in the School of Business and Economics, Thompson Rivers University, invites applications for several courses in our Organizational Behaviour and Leadership area. All instruction will be in the classroom on our Kamloops campus.

QUALIFICATIONS

The ideal candidate should have:

An MBA degree or relevant Master degree.

Significant capability in the area of Human Resource Management as evidenced by directly related work experience.

Evidence of strong teaching potential/experience.

Candidates with one or more of the following will have an added advantage:

Evidence of strong teaching experience as reflected by student evaluations;

Familiarity with the Moodle Learning Management System
