DUTIES

The Department of Accounting, Finance, and Law in the School of Business and Economics at Thompson Rivers University invites applications for a sessional faculty position to teach FNCE 2120/3120 Financial Management (Section 5) from 4:00 PM to 5:15 PM on Monday and Friday in the Fall Semester.

Important Dates Classes: September 8-December 3, 2021 Exams: December 6-18, 2021 Final Grades Due: December 24, 2021

QUALIFICATIONS

The successful candidate will possess:

  • MBA or master's degree with a specialization in finance.
  • Master's qualified candidates are also required to hold the CFA designation.
  • PhD, or DBA degree in finance is preferred.
  • Potential for superior teaching is required.
  • Significant related work experience is preferred.
  • Ability to teach in an online environment is preferred.
