This position will design, develop and implement a Services Quality Management (QM) Plan and support evaluation activities of other STD/HIV Program-funded projects. Update and oversee the Ryan White Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) process, inclusive of preparing pertinent data and information, scheduling and facilitating the Steering Committee and Subcommittee meetings. Monitor the internal and external variables noted in the Quality Management Plan on a monthly, quarterly, bi-annual and annual basis to assure that progress is achieved in both the Goals and Objectives of this plan.
