£23754 to £28331 per annum (pro-rata if applicable) depending on skills and experience. Salary progression beyond this scale is subject to performance.

Are you looking to advance your teaching technical services career in a leading medical school? Would you like to work in a team that delivers an effective and professional service in support of the School's commitment to excellence in teaching and research?

We are looking for a professional and proactive individual to support our new School's Technical Services structure. You will provide senior teaching support to the School of Medicine, plan and oversee the day-to-day running of teaching facilities, allocating resources, and providing technical supervision and training in the use of equipment and techniques to relevant staff and students to ensure objectives are met. You will use specialist knowledge, experience, and skills to provide excellent teaching. You will be responsible for the upkeep of designated teaching facilities as well as the use and maintenance of equipment.

Please note one post will be based in the University of Nottingham at Derby, Royal Derby Hospital.

This role is available on a permanent basis. Hours of work are full-time (36.25 hours) ; however applications are also welcome from candidates wishing to work part-time (minimum 29 hours per week). Please specify in your application if you wish to work part time and the number of preferred hours. Job share arrangements may be considered.
