The Senior Surveyor is a key role in the maintenance of the University estate, co-ordinating a team of Building surveyors in the management and implementation of programmes of planned building maintenance and improvement works.
You will use your expertise to undertake investigations of building defects, devise appropriate solutions and manage the surveying team in undertaking feasibility and cost estimates and to plan, programme and implement approved projects.
