About the Role The Senior ServiceNow Developer role is integral to advancing and supporting the University of Melbourne's strategic enterprise service management ServiceNow platform. As a key member of the ServiceNow Solutions team, the role involves active participation in sprint planning, refining requirements, and expanding the functionality of ServiceNow across various modules. This position offers a unique opportunity for continuous learning within a large and supportive ServiceNow team, contributing to a diverse technical landscape and encouraging professional growth.
Your responsibilities will include:
Who we are looking for We are seeking individuals who are highly experienced in developing ServiceNow components, possess a strong background in incident investigation and root cause analysis, ideally with expertise in asset and configuration management. Your extensive knowledge of system design, experience with managing ServiceNow environments in Agile settings, and solid communication skills across all organisational levels will contribute to the effective and efficient operation of the ServiceNow platform.
