The School

The Claude Littner Business School is a leading provider of national and international business and finance education. Our graduates find employment in multiple sectors - often in senior positions. Our extensive work in reducing the ethnic minority student attainment gap and boosting our business partnerships lead to increased opportunities for both students and the community. As a result, the School has received multiple prestigious awards in recent years, including being crowned ‘Business School of the Year' at the Times Higher Education Awards in 2019.

The Role

The Claude Littner Business School are looking to recruit an Senior School Administrator. The post holder will provide a high level of administrative support to the Dean of School, affiliated Institutes and Subject Heads. They will be the professional first point of contact for the School. Key functions will include supporting the school with administration of HR, Finance, Office Management, and Facilities related tasks; as well as co-ordinating the administration and communications with Professional, Statutory and Regulatory Bodies and compliance matters.

The Person

The candidate should have proven administrative experience with excellent IT skills, strong organisational skills, excellent customer service and communication skills, and a proactive, professional approach and can-do attitude to add value to the School.
