You will work on the development and evaluation of education projects delivered in partnership between the School of Medicine and the Global Health Education Group (GHEG). The role is to work on the research associated with evaluating these projects, in particular, you will work on projects related to digital education delivery in Medical Education.
The research will focus on a number of key areas including development of educational resources, delivery platforms, curriculum and assessment content. The focus of this work will be in digital education and ensuring the educational developments are routed in appropriate pedagogy and subject to rigorous evaluations. Each project will be evaluated using a mixed methods approach consisting of interviews, focus groups, surveys and observations and other appropriate data collection methods, with a range of stakeholders including students, patients, practitioners, academics and educational technologists. The ability to work alone or as part of a team is essential, as are strong organisational skills.
You will have previously conducted research studies involving multiple stakeholders and organisations. Ideally, this previous experience would have been gained in an education or healthcare context.
