Senior Research Assistant in School of Biomedical Sciences (Ref.: 523471) (to commence as soon as possible for one year, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance)
Applicants should possess a Ph.D. degree, a Master's degree with at least 1 year's experience, or a Bachelor's degree with at least 3 years' experience in Life Science, Biomedical Science, Immunology, or related disciplines with experience in working with clinical samples. Preference will be given to those with research experience in cellular/molecular biology, antibody engineering and testing and cancer immunology. Applicants should have a strong sense of responsibility; good organizational, interpersonal and communication skills; a good command of written and spoken Chinese and English; and the ability to work independently, in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team and with external parties.
The appointee will join a multidisciplinary team to design and produce specific tumor-targeting antibodies. He/She will perform lab routine work, coordinate and communicate research with collaborators, write reports and scientific publications, supervise postgraduate students, and perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
