Position Overview
This position is responsible for providing leadership and management direction to ensure that assigned program(s) are effectively implemented and evaluated. Responsible for the planning, organization, direction, evaluation and control of assigned programs or may assist with large program.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in related field and four years of related experience or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
• Ability to adapt to program/project and incorporate creativity and originality
Preferred Qualifications
Masters Degree in a Business Discipline.

Job Duties
o
Manage DBA admission process under the guidance of the Director of Admission and Advising. Duties include, processing all DBA admission application materials, coordinating final decision with DBA Faculty Coordinator, admission decision data entry and communications.
o
Requires flexible work schedule and working a minimum of one weekend (Saturday and Sunday) each month during long terms. Additional weekends as needed. Occasional weekend work is required.
o
Event management for in person lectures. Identify lead opportunities and attend recruitment events. Organize and coordinate first year orientations.
o
Coordinate purchase of textbooks and class materials
o
Provide administrative support for the DBA Faculty coordinator/Director
o
Provide administrative support for the Doctoral Program Committee. Assist with coordination of DBA student dissertation proposals and defenses. 10 Manage degree plans for all DBA students.
o
Requires regular travel to UNT Frisco. Arrange guest travel for DBA cohort speakers and DBA Coordinator as needed.
o
Support admission and advising for the Graduate Programs Office, to include admission processing and review of secondary documents for MS and MBA admissions. Manages and monitors DBA student advising, enrollment, and retention
o
Schedule classes in coordination with UNT Frisco staff members.
