We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Policy Advisor to join our Office of Quality and Policy team where you will play a key role in supporting the Monash Policy Framework and projects across the University and its controlled entities. Your duties will include but not be limited to:
To be considered for this role, you will have demonstrable experience in a similar position where you have been responsible for the development and review of policies in a large and complex organisation. You will demonstrate within your previous experience, the requirement to provide strategic advice to organisation stakeholders as well as have experience in managing the communications of policies at an organisation-wide level. You will have a high level of attention to detail and strong analytical skills in the ability to convey important information and inform strategic decisions from data.
