Exciting opportunity for an experienced senior consultant to join our Organisation Development team for a 12 month maternity leave cover.

• Salary Package: From $127,609 to 134,775 (HEW Level 9) plus 17% employer's superannuation contribution and annual leave loading • Appointment Types: Full-time, 1-year fixed term • Location: Macquarie University, North Ryde

THE ROLE

The Senior Organisation Development Consultant will partner with key stakeholders to develop and implement university-wide projects and programs aimed at improving organisational effectiveness, build employee capability and performance, and manage the impact of change on people, systems and processes.

This role will have a key focus on supporting the Our People Operating plan initiatives overseen by the University's Executive Group and Program Board as well as supporting the Organisation Development team with key projects.

About You

You are a passionate organisation development consultant with a strong track record in managing large scale programs or projects that drive organisation effectiveness and successfully transform organisational culture.

You will have excellent communication and facilitation skills with the ability to build collaborative relationships and influence stakeholders at senior levels. You will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and are motivated and driven by challenges and results in delivering an array of impactful organisational development projects and initiatives.

  • Degree or equivalent experience in organisation development, organisational psychology, or a relevant discipline.
  • Experience in developing and implementing organisation design frameworks, principles and processes to drive employee engagement and organisation effectiveness, build capability and performance, and manage change impact on the organisation.
  • Demonstrated ability in developing capability frameworks.
  • Strong consulting and facilitation skills with success in building relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including senior management.
  • This position requires a Criminal History Check.
