The Department of Chemistry & Biochemistry at Texas Tech University invites
applications for a full-time non-tenure track Lecturer position in General
Primary Job duties will be teaching lecture/recitation courses/sections as
assigned. Performance assessment may include student evaluations of course,
peer teaching evaluations, and other objective measures of teaching

will be classified as Security Sensitive and require a criminal background
check if selected for employment. Appointment as Senior Lecturer will normally
follow several years in the Lecturer or a similar instructional position.
