  • About the Role As the Senior IT Talent Acquisition Partner you will provide a high level, full-service recruitment and selection offering to the University with a specific focus on senior leadership roles. By utilizing strategic sourcing and targeted marketing techniques, this position will proactively identify and approach suitable candidates within passive and non-passive markets.

    You will work across IT specific roles and will be responsible for developing a talent strategy for senior leadership positions, incorporating talent pooling, candidate engagement; selection through ‘best in class' interview practices and other assessment tools; and candidate experience and care.

    This is a great opportunity for an experienced IT recruiter to provide insights, knowledge and build relationships within Swinburne's IT department. This role will be suited to a professional who would like to join an amazing in-house Talent Team.

    About You To be suitable for this role you will need to have experience in the below key accountabilities:

  • Recruitment experience and expertise in Higher Education, including the development and execution of talent attraction strategies within IT
  • Experience in recruiting IT specific roles
  • Knowledge and experience within the IT market and established networks
  • Demonstrated experience in senior level recruitment and selection advice and support (in house recruitment experience is essential)
  • The ability to understand complex talent requirements and develop short, medium and long term strategies to address those requirement including establishing talent pools of engaged candidates for future needs
  • Qualifications

  • A degree with subsequent relevant experience or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and / or education / training
