About the Role As the Senior IT Talent Acquisition Partner you will provide a high level, full-service recruitment and selection offering to the University with a specific focus on senior leadership roles. By utilizing strategic sourcing and targeted marketing techniques, this position will proactively identify and approach suitable candidates within passive and non-passive markets.
You will work across IT specific roles and will be responsible for developing a talent strategy for senior leadership positions, incorporating talent pooling, candidate engagement; selection through ‘best in class' interview practices and other assessment tools; and candidate experience and care.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced IT recruiter to provide insights, knowledge and build relationships within Swinburne's IT department. This role will be suited to a professional who would like to join an amazing in-house Talent Team.
