FTE: 1.0 FTE (working 37 hours per week)

Duration of Contract: Permanent

Salary: UH6 £31,396 to 33,966 with potential to progress to £37,099 by annual increments on achieving designated skills and experiences

Annual Leave: 25 days plus standard public holidays and an additional 4 days including the closure of our office between Christmas and New Year

Location: A flexible hybrid working structure of 3 WFH/ 2 days onsite (usually Tuesdays and Thursdays) at our Hatfield campus - AL10 9AB

Main duties and responsibilities

The Senior Corporate Campaigns Executive is an important role in the Brand and Reputation team, which reports into the Corporate Brand and Campaigns Manager. The Corporate Campaigns Officer will work to deliver the University's corporate campaign plans to raise the university's profile and reputation among a range of audiences along with lead generation campaigns.

The role will focus on creating, implementing, and analysing campaigns which increase awareness and engagement among our target audiences including parents, employers, businesses, and key stakeholders, working closely with teams across the Marketing and Communications team to deliver exciting integrated, content-driven campaigns, which support the University's objectives.

Skills and experience required

You will have experience in a similar external communications or marketing role and experience in creating engaging and accessible content for the online and offline channels. You will have excellent written and oral communication skills and excellent copywriting, editing and proofreading skills with an outstanding attention to detail. Additionally, this the role will require you to have excellent organisation, time management and project management skills and an understanding of the different content needs for a wide variety of audiences. You will also have the ability to tailor content to different digital channels and produce engaging and effective content aligned to business needs.

In addition, you will be highly organised and able to prioritise workload effectively, have outstanding attention to detail and be a creative thinker who shows initiative.

Qualifications required

You will be educated with a minimum of a degree or equivalent qualification in a marketing related programme or programme with significant writing content, or substantial proven work experience.
