The Charles Darwin University - Student Digital Experience (SDX) Program will leverage contemporary digital solutions to transform the way the University supports learning and research, and how we work, to create a cohesive, integrated, and enriched experiences for students, staff, and faculty. This implementation will result in superior support for students, a better user experience, a new set of tools, a new way of working, and improved reporting for informed decision-making.

The SDX Program will leverage numerous industry-leading solutions including Technology One Finance system, integrated HR/Payroll and Student Management System replacing our current core student administration systems with a new integrated, user friendly, mobile-enabled platform.

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will:

• Provide expertise and leadership to multidisciplinary project teams to support strategic transformation projects across the University's Enterprise and Business Architectures
• Understand business priorities and work with key stakeholders in addressing process, information and system related issues and opportunities.
• Develop future state processes and system functionality solutions that improve business performance.
• Identify touchpoints with other process areas and systems and work with the project teams to streamline end to-end processes.
• Configure (not including development) as per the gathered requirements, develop end-to-end test cases where necessary and work with the Test manager in completing UAT test cases

About You
To be successful, you will possess:

• Significant experience in a Senior Business Analyst role
• Demonstrated experience in requirements elicitation and documentation
• Demonstrated experience in development of business processes, gap and impact analysis
• Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills
• Strong analysis skills with the ability to present findings simply to stakeholders
• An analytical approach to problem solving, with solutions focussed outcomes
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A curious mind and a positive attitude 

Remuneration 
Appointment to this role will be at Professional Level 9/10. The base salary will be in the range $117,264 to $137,506 per annum. The total remuneration package will be in the range of $137,198 to $160,882 per annum including 17% superannuation.
