Are you passionate about customer need, ensuring solutions really work from the customer perspective? Are you experienced in process mapping, challenging current process to ensure there is process review and improvement? We are looking for a passionate, experienced and proactive Business Analyst to join our Digital Projects team within the IT department.
As the Digital Projects & Partnering team grows, we are looking to expand the Business Analysis expertise. We have technical IT expertise, but to complement this we need a skilled and experienced Business Analyst who understands process mapping and process improvement, in the context of an agile working environment. The role will form a critical bridge between the technical team and the end user, being able to communicate effectively and appropriately to both groups.

The role is based within the Information Systems Services Division at Lancaster's Bailrigg campus, which has an agile working policy.
The interview will be in two parts, a one hour panel discussion on Friday 2 nd December, followed by a one hour interview on Monday 5th November.
