Led by the Deputy Vice Chancellor International, Chancellery International provides strategic guidance and expert advice for internationalisation and global engagement, through the formation of international partnerships, provision of region-specific strategies and strengthening of the Universities international funding, networking and mobility opportunities.
About the Role
The Senior Adviser, International Partnerships is a key role to support the development and delivery of the Global attributes of University's strategy, Advancing Melbourne 2030. Reporting to the Manager, International Partnerships, this role focuses on allocated countries/regions and has responsibility for the coordination and ongoing development of an efficient and effective international visits and agreements management program.

The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal, written and cross cultural communication skills, the ability to understand complex issues and liaise effectively with external parties and University staff at all levels. You should also have experience in supervising, motivating and managing the performance of staff, to create a positive team culture and achieve outcomes.
