Job description

Do you have experience in delivering engaging training?

Are you passionate about helping others and providing great customer service?

We are looking for an enthusiastic senior adviser to join our team delivering flagship services to our students in the Student Information Team at our Loughton Campus. As part of the Student Life Directorate, the Student Information Team covers a wide a variety of enquiries across the whole student lifecycle, from accepting their offer, throughout their course to their graduation.

This is a very fast paced environment and if you have:

  • Significant recent experience in delivering exceptional customer service
  • Experience of creating and delivering engaging training sessions
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • An innovative approach and can think creatively
  • then we would love to hear from you

    A job share arrangement for this role can be considered. Please provide details on your application of which hours and days you are available to work.

    Please note that continuation of a job share arrangement is dependent on there being two people available to undertake the arrangement.
