The department of “Constructive and Technological Engineering, Lasers and Communications through Fiber Optics” from the National Institute of R&D for Optoelectronics INOE 2000 has an interdisciplinary team aiming to develop fundamental and applied research in the field of optoelectronics. The candidate is expected to be involved in the “Laboratory for Optospectral Methods for the Evaluation of Water Quality”. The core concept of the laboratory is to provide rapid, qualitative and quantitative information on water quality using fluorescence spectroscopy in tandem with chromatography and microbiology techniques.Requirements
PhD or equivalent
Experience with writing research papers and reports.

Analysis of the candidate's files, according to internal regulations of INOE and the CNATDCU commission corresponding to the specialty “Physics”. The internal commission verifies the candidate's files and provides a report to the Scientific Council of INOE 2000. The results of the evaluation is validated by the Scientific Council and then approved by the Administration Council of INOE 2000. The file of the candidate declared admitted is sent to the corresponding CNATDCU commission for final validation.
