In general, the School Secretary will be responsible for handling everyday communications like phone calls and emails; coordinating with faculty and staff to meet school goals; coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to school policies; create and update records and school database; and track and re-order stocks of office supplies as needed. Most importantly, the School Secretary is in full support of our school vision and mission and will joyfully serve as needed.Position Qualifications:
Any employee of Smith Preparatory Academy must be a Christian, possessing an abiding faith in Christ, with active membership/participation in a local body that preaches and practices the Gospel.

Experience in a school setting is preferred, as well as a familiarity with and understanding of Classical education. Additional requirements include proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with clear and kind written and verbal communication skills. Our school runs a Traditional 4-day program concurrently with a Cottage 2-day program. We are located in Casselberry, FL and are seeking a School Secretary to begin immediately, working Monday through Thursday, with the option of additional Friday hours.
